Ingredients
1 cup of watermelon (chunks)
1.5 cups baby spinach
2 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup cold water
2-3 ice cubes (if you want it really cold)
Place ingredients into Vitamix in order listed and blend from Variable to High speed for 30 seconds.
